These terms govern your use of Haanji. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
Haanji provides an AI assistant that replies to customer messages on your WhatsApp Business number, along with related tools such as appointments, orders, leads and an inbox. Features vary by plan.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information; the assistant answers from what you teach it.
- Comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and applicable laws, including consent for messaging.
- Keep your account credentials secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to a paid plan only if you add a payment method. See pricing for current plans.
Acceptable use
Don't use Haanji to send spam, unlawful content, or to collect sensitive data such as passwords or full card numbers. We may suspend accounts that put customers or the platform at risk.
Liability
AI replies can occasionally be wrong. You remain responsible for your business's commitments to customers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
