You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Here is how.
Business owners
- Log in and delete individual conversations, knowledge sources, or your whole account from Settings.
- Disconnecting your WhatsApp number stops all message processing immediately.
- Account deletion removes your data from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
Customers of a business using Haanji
Ask the business you chatted with to delete your conversation, or email hello@haanji.io with the phone number you used and the business name. We'll confirm once it's done.
Facebook / Meta login
If you connected through Meta and removed Haanji from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us and we delete the associated data automatically. You'll receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status.
